We designed Get Calendar Printable to collect as little information as practical.

Calendar information

Your calendar title, selected dates, colors, and layout settings are processed in your browser. We do not require an account and do not store that calendar information on our server.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use that information only to read and respond to your request. Messages are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security signals to operate and protect the website. Server logs are retained only as needed for reliability and security.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage, browser performance, and Core Web Vitals so we can improve the tools. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free and says it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. We do not sell personal information or use the calendar editor to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

The core calendar tools do not require advertising cookies or an account cookie. A security cookie may be used when you submit the contact form.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete a contact message by writing to [email protected]. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are material.
